The Stagg EDB has a solid maple body and provides the player with a rich bass tone and an instrument that is responsive for both pizzicato and arco (with bow) playing way beyond what the price point of the instrument may suggest. The Piezo pick up and preamp enables the player to plug direct into an amplifier and the headphone input allows the player to play as long and as late as they want without disturbing anyone else in the house!
