Similar in feel to flatwound strings, the GHS Brite Flats electric guitar strings use the GHS Alloy 52 roundwound and are micro-ground to a smooth flat surface while retaining a much brighter tone. This gives these GHS strings the mellowness of flatwound strings but with a little more bite. Almost like flatwound strings but without the higher price tag.
